Hm, I'm not sure. I don't remember any mention being made that would lead us to believe he was. I always speculated Dr. Helix could be, but there haven't been any revealings about him either. Do you have any good evidence that Necros could be the leader? Mexico4evr 03:50, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
Well he was the first to be introduced and probably most powerful member and is by far the smartest one out of the whole group and maybe even the most famous member. Though him being leader is still just a guess.--NatDuv 04:33, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
