Hero Rising is an internet video game created by Hall Industries. It was created to find a gamer who has the skill, logic and reflexes to become a real hero. That gamer happened to be Charlie Landers.
The game was made to reflect the real life circumstances faced by T. Abner Hall and Hall Industries. The game features the Omega Defiance, a group of intelligent minds that Hall originally hired with the intention of bettering the world. By making the real life villains, weapons and other such aspects part of the game, Hall hoped to use these tactics as training for the chosen gamer before he faced these circumstances in reality.
Plot And Gaming
Not much is known about the game except that the player must create an avatar and fight various members of the Omega Defiance, such as Dr. Necros, Kronis, and XERO.
The game is most likely an online community, which allows players to communicate through headsets. Players move and perform actions with their avatars by using hand held game controllers that feature joysticks and buttons. Various aspects of the game have been speculated, such as that as an avatar progresses it is able to gain more weapons. It is speculated players may perhaps be able to make alliances/guilds/groups/teams, since Vas, Ram, Jason and Charlie often play together and Charlie is often referred to as their leader. Viewers assume the game is similar to most of the many real life role playing games that feature online communities.
Known Players
- Charlie Landers/Aaron Stone. Charlie is Hero Rising's best player and real life crime fighter, Aaron Stone.
- Jason Landers/Terminus Mag. Charlie's little brother. Terminus is constantly getting KO'd and/or 'game overs' due to Jason's recklessness and lack of strategy.
- Emma Lau/Dark Tamara. Charlie's best friend. Another partner to Aaron Stone.
- Vas Mehta/Vas Suvious. An ally to Aaron Stone. He helps Aaron Stone on various missions given by Mr. Hall, along with his brother Ram. Vas and Ram are also avid players and often play the game with Charlie and Jason.
- Ram Mehta/Lethal Lotus. An ally to Charlie and Aaron Stone. For some unknown reason, he made his avatar female. He helps Charlie on various missions given by Mr. Hall, along with his brother Vas.
- Elias Powers. The creator of the game whose avatar looks just like wearing normal clothes. He knows every secret in the game.
- Pepay. Jason's best friend who plays hero rising with him.
